Your $250 reservation fee secures your spot on our priority list. When the space opens, you’ll get to tour and select your office before we open availability to the public. Priority members choose in the order they joined the list.

The $250 reservation fee is non-refundable. If you select an office, the full $250 is applied toward your first month’s membership dues.

You’ll receive construction updates, floor plan previews, and early access to pricing before anyone else sees it.
